Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the sale of digital eSIM data products on airova.net by AirOva eSIM, a company registered in Thailand (“airova”, “we”, “us”). By placing and paying for an order you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

eSIM — a digital SIM profile of a mobile network partner, delivered as a QR code and/or activation code (LPA) for you to install on your device. Customer / you — the person who places and pays for an order. Site — airova.net.

2. About the service

airova resells prepaid travel data plans. eSIM profiles are issued on the infrastructure of licensed connectivity partners; airova is a reseller and not a telecommunications operator. Coverage, speeds and available networks are provided by local carriers on a best-effort basis.

3. Orders and payment

1. You choose a plan, provide a valid email address and confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PromptPay) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Prices are charged in US dollars (USD); amounts shown in other currencies are indicative.
3. The order is considered paid when we receive confirmation from the payment provider. airova does not store card data.

4. Delivery and performance

1. After payment is confirmed, the QR code and activation code are delivered automatically — on the Site and by email.
2. We consider our obligation fully performed once the QR/activation code has been made available to you. From that moment the digital product is deemed delivered.

5. Refunds

Because an eSIM is a digital product activated on your device, refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: if an eSIM fails to activate due to a fault on our or the network's side, or your device turns out to be incompatible and the eSIM was never used, we refund or replace it. Contact support@airova.net with your order details.

6. Device compatibility and roaming

1. You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. See our compatibility page.
2. An eSIM connects to a foreign network, so you must enable “Data Roaming” for the airova line at your destination. This is required for the service to work and does not incur extra charges — your plan is prepaid.
3. Plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to resell, tamper with, or use the eSIM in a way that violates the fair-use terms of the underlying carrier. We may suspend service for fraud, abuse or unlawful use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Mobile coverage and speeds depend on local networks and are not guaranteed at a specific level. To the maximum extent permitted by law, airova's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Consent to data processing.

10. Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. These Terms are published in several languages for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
