These are the official rules of the AirOva rewards program: cashback on your purchases and rewards for inviting friends. They apply on airova.net and in the AirOva app for Android and iOS, and are part of our Terms of Service.
Anyone with an AirOva account can take part: sign in on airova.net or in the app with your email or Google account. Joining is free and needs no purchase.
One account per person. Rewards are credited only for purchases made while signed in to that account.
For every eSIM plan you buy while signed in, we credit 3% of the plan price to your AirOva balance, whatever the payment method, including your AirOva balance.
It is a fixed percentage of the plan price in US dollars, rounded to the cent. For example, a $10 plan earns $0.30 back.
Cashback is credited automatically, once per order, as soon as the order is completed. You can see it in your balance history in your account on airova.net.
Data top-ups for an eSIM you already have and top-ups of your balance don’t earn cashback.
Every account has a personal invite code and link. A friend who creates an account with your code or link becomes your invited friend. You can’t invite yourself.
You earn 5% of the price of every eSIM plan your invited friends buy and 5% of every top-up of their balance.
Money your friend adds to their balance earns you the top-up rate once. A plan they then pay for from that balance earns nothing more: you already earned on that money.
An order credited to an AirOva partner (bought with a partner’s promo code or through a partner’s link) doesn’t earn invite rewards.
Invite rewards collect on your invite balance. Once it reaches $1 you can move it to your main balance at any time and spend it like the rest of your balance.
Your balance can only be spent on AirOva eSIM plans and data top-ups, on airova.net and in the app.
Rewards have no cash value. They can’t be withdrawn, paid out, exchanged, sold or transferred to another account.
Rewards don’t expire while your account is open. If you delete your account, any unspent balance is lost.
If an order is returned or refunded, the cashback and invite rewards earned from it are cancelled and deducted from the balance they were credited to. A return gives you back exactly what you paid, as described in the Refund Policy.
We may also cancel rewards earned from a payment that is disputed with the bank.
The program is for personal use. We may cancel rewards and turn the program off for an account that abuses it, for example with fake or duplicate accounts, self-invites, or orders placed only to collect rewards and then returned.
We may change the rates or these rules, or end the program, by updating this page. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; rewards already credited stay on your balance. This page always shows the terms in effect.
