Install your eSIM in minutes

After payment you get a QR code on screen and by email. Install it before your trip — it won't start counting until you connect at your destination.

Don't forget Data Roaming. Your eSIM connects to a foreign network, so you must turn ON “Data Roaming” for the airova line. This does not cost extra — your plan is prepaid.
  1. Connect to Wi-FiInstallation needs internet. Do this before you fly.
  2. Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data)Tap “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan”.
  3. Scan the QR codePoint the camera at the airova QR from your email or the order page. Or tap “Enter Details Manually”.
  4. Label the planName it “airova Travel” so it's easy to find.
  5. Set the data lineChoose airova as your line for Cellular Data. Keep your home SIM for calls/texts.
  6. Turn ON Data RoamingSettings → Cellular → airova line → enable “Data Roaming”. Switch it on when you arrive.

  2. Settings → Connections → SIM ManagerTap “Add eSIM”.
  3. Scan QR codeTap “Scan QR code from service provider” and scan the airova QR.
  4. Add and confirmFollow the prompts to add the plan.
  5. Set mobile data to airovaSIM Manager → Mobile data → select airova.
  6. Turn ON Data RoamingSettings → Connections → Mobile networks → enable “Data roaming” for the airova line.
  1. Connect to Wi-FiRequired to download the profile.
  2. Settings → Network & internet → SIMsTap “Add SIM” → “Download a SIM instead?”.
  3. Scan the QR codeScan the airova QR from your email/order page.
  4. Download & activateTap Download, then follow the steps.
  5. Use airova for dataSIMs → airova → set as preferred for Mobile data.
  6. Turn ON RoamingSIMs → airova → enable “Roaming”.

Troubleshooting

If you don't get data after landing:

  1. Toggle Airplane modeTurn it on for 10 seconds, then off — this forces a fresh network search.
  2. Check Data Roaming is ONFor the airova line specifically.
  3. Select the airova line for dataMake sure it's your active data line, not your home SIM.
  4. Restart the phoneA reboot fixes most activation issues.
